Our Management System Policies

Mert Tur runs its staff and tourism transport services under an integrated management system based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 39001 and ISO 10002. The policies below set the framework of this system; they are communicated to all our employees, reviewed at least once a year and made available to our interested parties.

We regard transporting our clients' staff on time, safely and comfortably as our core mission. To this end, we commit to:

• Fully meeting customer and legal requirements,
• Managing route, trip and vehicle planning with measurable objectives,
• Continuously developing the competence of our drivers and operations team through training,
• Selecting and monitoring our suppliers and subcontractors with the same quality mindset,
• Continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.

We aim to grow the environmental advantage that shared shuttle transport offers over individual car use. To this end, we commit to:

• Complying with environmental legislation and our compliance obligations,
• Reducing fuel consumption and emissions through route optimisation, planned maintenance and driver training,
• Separating and disposing of waste oil, tyres, batteries and other waste in line with regulations,
• Preventing pollution at source and monitoring our environmental performance with carbon data,
• Informing our clients about the carbon footprint of their shuttle use.

We put the health and safety of our drivers, operations staff and passengers above everything else. To this end, we commit to:

• Complying with all legal requirements, above all Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331,
• Identifying hazards and eliminating or minimising risks,
• Preventing work accidents and occupational illness by providing safe and healthy working conditions,
• Consulting our employees and ensuring their participation in OHS processes,
• Being prepared for emergencies and continually improving our OHS performance.

We protect the staff lists, addresses, shift and route data our clients entrust to us at least as carefully as our own. To this end, we commit to:

• Safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information,
• Complying with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and our contractual obligations,
• Ensuring that only authorised people access information, and only as far as their role requires,
• Regularly assessing information security risks and running backup and incident management processes,
• Raising our employees' information security awareness through training.

Our long-term goal is zero deaths and serious injuries from road traffic accidents. To this end, we commit to:

• Fully complying with the Highway Traffic Law and shuttle transport regulations,
• Continuously monitoring speed, following distance, seat-belt use and rest periods,
• Supporting our drivers with psycho-technical assessments, health checks and safe-driving training,
• Carrying out periodic maintenance and inspections of our vehicles without delay,
• Assessing our routes for traffic risks and continually improving our road traffic safety performance.

We see every request, suggestion and complaint as an opportunity to improve our service. To this end, we commit to:

• Keeping our feedback channels easily accessible and free of charge for everyone,
• Logging every application and assessing it impartially and confidentially,
• Keeping applicants informed about the process and responding as quickly as possible,
• Analysing the root causes of complaints and making lasting improvements,
• Regularly measuring customer satisfaction and evaluating the results in management review.
