At Mert Tur, safety is managed through a defined system at every step — from driver selection and vehicle maintenance to live tracking and insurance cover. This system is independently audited to ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.

The person behind the wheel is the most important link in a safe journey.

• All our drivers must hold a psycho-technical assessment, an SRC professional competence certificate and a health report.
• Validity dates of licences, SRC and psycho-technical documents are tracked digitally, and documents are renewed before they expire.
• Our drivers attend safe-driving and first-aid training at regular intervals.

• We apply an 8-year age limit to our fleet, operating Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford, Peugeot and Fiat vehicles.
• Vehicles are maintained on a planned schedule; inspection, insurance and emission test dates are tracked in our panel.
• Every vehicle carries a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and traffic kit, with seat belts on all seats.

• All our vehicles are tracked live by GPS, so routes and trips are monitored in real time.
• In the event of a breakdown or accident, a replacement vehicle keeps your shuttle running.

Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive (casco) and compulsory traffic insurance, and every passenger we carry is covered by personal accident seat insurance.
